EcoBroker is a voluntary certification and training program designed to help real estate agents address the newest topics in real estate, such as green home certification programs like Energy Star Qualified Homes, energy-efficiency, and sustainable design. The EcoBroker designation also assists real estate agents in working through issues that may arise in real estate transactions, such as mold, radon, and poor indoor air quality, providing real solutions.

Robert Israel is Prescott's first certified EcoBroker in the Prescott Area Association of Realtors serving the quad-city area.

EcoBroker designation is awarded by the Association of Energy & Environmental Real Estate Professional (AEEREP).

AEEREP is the premier professional association providing accurate, timely, and relevant green market education to the real estate community. Properly prepared real estate professionals assist in educating consumers about energy savings and environmental decisions in the purchase and ownership of real property.
